Common Questions How do we register?+ Visit our Registration page for details on enrolling your child for school in our district. Can we choose which school they attend?+ Students are assigned to a school according to your address. Students may change schools if they have moved to a new address or if special permission is given by the district. Find out more about changing schools. Visit your child's school webpage for more information: https://asds.nbed.ca/about/schools/school-directory/ What do they need to bring?+ Each school will have a list of school supplies on their website. Some schools collect a school fee and provide any needed supplies. Don't worry if you're uncertain. The school can provide you or your child more details on their first day. Students should also pack a lunch and snacks on their first day. The school will provide details on their lunch program if you wish to participate. How does my child select courses at their new High School? + Families can reach out to the school about course scheduling prior to their child's first day, however, students are also welcome to meet with the school guidance team to help them determine their classes once they arrive at school.
